Time is a valuable resource and being unique we all learn differently at at our own pace. I am developing a comprehensive online course which will include weekly individual EFT sessions to complement the workbook exercises. This will assist you in leading a full enriched life, knowing how to manage stresses and ease through lifes challenges.


My Story

Life presents us all challenges, sadly some more than others. Our upbringing, community setting, whom we choose to actively have in our lives all play apart of our emotional development. 
After coping with several immediately family members taking their lives when they were living with many years of mental illness; set me on a path of education. Choosing natural modalities of Reiki, Aromatherapy, Massage, Breathe Work, Women's workshops and Mental Health studies placed me working in the community for over 20 years. The last 10 plus years specifically mentoring and coaching people living with acute mental illness.

  • In 2016 I was introduce to EFT ( Emotional Freedom Technique or Tapping ), a combination of Western and ancient Eastern medicine. A  self help technique that blends acupressure and cognitive therapy. 

  • EFT is backed with over 120 research papers published in medical journals.

  • EFT is evidenced based to having amazing and fast results when dealing with PTSD, Anxiety, Phobias, Depression, Pain and other stress related emotional issues. 

  • I combine this with both the many 'tools' learnt over the years and life coaching skills.


EFT training by Peta Stapleton PhD., Associate Professor at Bond University, International researcher and Clinical Psychologist.  

Life Coach training by Authentic Education, awarded in 2013 & 2015 by BRW as one of the fastest growing coaching academies. 

EFT has over 120 research published papers in medical journals stating the amazing and lasting results achieved with EFT.

Recorded on image are the results from a group of 31 people over a five day workshop in 2018. 

Another study of 16 war veterans diagnosed with PTSD  received  10 hrs of clinical EFT sessions. Results were positive improvements in their mental health, change in expression of their genes relating the stress hormones and 'good' genes associated with body's regulation on their inflammation response.

EFT can be used for a wide variety of issues. People who are stressed through their careers, high achievers, public speaking, relationships, grief and loss, bulling, trauma and childhood events to name a few.

Then we change the underlying negative belief being held, with psychological acupressure and cognitive therapy leaving you with a lasting feeling of calm.
